A rape less society : Realism or Idealism??

I am a law student at FOL, Delhi University and since a week i have been discussing this topic with my batchamtes, seniors , etc. Yesterday itself i was discussing it with one my friend who is Psycology hons student at Hindu College. So while we were discussing about it, i made a contention that in a country like India it is idealistic from a lawyers POV to say that there could be a rapeless society. She got agressive and said u too have a rapist mindset , though i countered her each and everypoint. But when i was about to sleep at night , this debate impinged in my mind , considering me to think she was hopefully right. Still i can't digest the contentions she made though i accepted it and asked her about the solutions and how could she assure there prolonged impact to which she said i am not policymaker and left.
