Help me out 🤷‍♂️

Currently using a Sony XM4 and thinking about upgrading. I’m stuck between the HDB 630 and the new Sony 1000X Collexion.
I’ve had the XM4 for a while and I actually really like its sound, especially the warm bass. I listen to quite a lot of dub/reggae and other bass heavy stuff, so bass is pretty important to me. I don’t really want to spend this much on a new headphone and then end up with less bass than my XM4.
At the same time I want something that’s a proper step up in sound quality. Better detail, soundstage, separation etc, but still with really deep and powerful sub bass.
The HDB 630 is probably the one I’m leaning towards because of the USB C audio, BTD 700 and especially the parametric EQ. I’m just wondering how far you can actually push the low end with EQ. Can you get it to hit harder and deeper than an XM4 without making everything else sound muddy?
Then there’s the new Sony 1000X Collexion. I like the idea of keeping the Sony sound and ANC that I’m used to, but there’s not that much info or comparisons out there yet.
Anyone here tried both? Or even better, anyone moved from an XM4 to one of them?
Mainly curious about the bass and overall sound quality. ANC matters too, but sound is more important to me.
