Legaladviceneeded

I have been going through a repeated humiliation from my husband. I am also visiting my psychologist. My husband always taunts me during very silly or small fight in the gap of two or three months. he always taunts me regarding my culture, class and family, dress everything. He always want me to adjust for them in one way. if sometimes I refuse to visit any invitation or his relative's house he started fighting with me and insulting me. Please help me with legal advice. We do not have marriage registration but we have social marriage. Previously he broke his own laptop as I used it for my study. he always insults me in bedroom.. If I do not agree with him in some point of moment he starts defending him and insulting me. please give me legal advice. We have been married for 1 year. We are hindu from India.
