Comparing rib contouring backlash to a nose & implants

I know the podcast episode was almost a month ago, but I don’t prioritise listening to her podcasts but as soon as I saw the podcast title I knew straight away what she would say.
I’m sorry but why is she comparing Bec’s rib contouring and the backlash from that to the backlash Adele got from her nose job & boob job…
Firstly Adele, the people were commenting on your surgeries was firstly because they were almost botched, which she doesn’t want to admit, then because for the longest time you promoted self love and not changing yourself, now you’re all about the surgeries no problem. You say you feel like a role model, but i don’t think being a role model is acting like plastic surgery is something you’d recommend. I have nothing against plastic surgery, but unless Adele has had rub contouring why does she think her say matters in it? It’s clearly to stay relevant as usual. Rib contouring is sooo dangerous and clearly the backlash Bec got for it, Adele is trying to involve herself in.
