Mechanical design engineer?

I’m looking for a mechanical design engineer to validate a project I’ve been kicking around. Ideally someone who knows sealing, threads, and corrosion-resistant metals, has manufacturing experience, and can ultimately provide CAD, drawings, BOM, tolerances.
