Before It Was Divide, What Was Seishin?

📚 Literature

Yesterday I told you Seishin eventually becomes Divide. But before I tell you how that happened, you probably need to know what was lost. Seishin was one of the four titan planets of the Tengoku Solar System. It wasn't originally a broken or troubled realm. It was extraordinary—balanced, spiritually significant, and blessed by the Trigonous. The physical and spiritual realms existed unusually close together there.

Yesterday, I talked about one of the problems I've been working through while writing Divide: Why did Seishin eventually become known as Divide?

Before I tell you what happened, though, I think you need to understand what Seishin was. Out of all the planets I've created over the decades, Seishin is one of only two that captures some of the things that matter most to me personally as a follower of Elohim.

Peace. The Lord. And the physical and spiritual realms united.

I built Seishin with a lot of care and consideration.

Within the realm of my book Divide, emunah on Seishin isn't treated as an endless theological argument. The people living there know the Trigonous exists. They know where they came from, understand their place as creations, and willingly live according to the divine laws of Heaven. which are: Peace, the Lord, physical and spiritual realms united.

I didn’t include “religions” as a power struggle for a reason. The world I live in labels everything and ignores objective truth and scientific facts--on purpose. It is important for my readers to know I do not follow a lie or a “sky daddy”. I got doctrine in divinity and worked very hard to find out which deities were real and which ones were lies and devils using false pagan religions as their mask. In my book, on this planet, the people inhabiting Seishin are not confused, brain washed or in a cult.

The people are awake sound of mind not mental and know exactly who the Trigonous is and who they are and the roles they have as creations. There is no theological debating, warfare, political tensions, division over lifestyles and persona beliefs on Seishin. It simple doesn’t exist because the people know who they are and where they came from and accept the divine law of Heaven and as a result, they worship three deities, who operate as one and reap the bountiful benefits of being a follower of the Trigonous.

The Trigonous are three divine persons (Father/Mother/Son) who operate as one and Seishin's people live in harmony with Them. Because of that shared understanding, Seishin doesn't suffer from the religious wars, political battles, cultural divisions and constant fighting over personal beliefs that plague so many other civilizations.

The people are certainly capable of rejecting Seishin's way of life. They have free will and currently in my series, Avril Tryst has not returned yet, so vice (sin) is still a issue across the universes.

But Seishin itself was built around something very different:

A civilization that already knows the truth of its creation and chooses to live peacefully within it.

And that brings me to my favorite part of the planet. Seishin has an unusually close connection to the supernatural similar to how Eden was. The terrestrial inhabitants of Seishin can encounter celestial inhabitants of Heaven. Spiritual animals exist alongside physical animals. The spiritual realm isn't some distant place people can only wonder about or make conspiracy theories about.

They can see it.

Heaven and the physical realm are allowed to touch and co-exist. That makes Seishin extremely important in the larger spiritual conflict running through my stories.

Canicious (Lucifer) doesn't want a world like this to remain untouched. He has tried to corrupt Seishin before. He has tried to tempt its people. And for a very long time he couldn't do it. As a result, Seishin remained Seishin.

Peaceful. Holy. Connected to Heaven.

Which brings us back to the question I asked yesterday:

How does a place like that eventually become a world called Divide?

Well...

Canicious only needed one opening.

And eventually, he found one.

That's the Seishin you need to remember. Because when I eventually show you what happened to it, "Divide" is going to make a lot more sense.
