Will never order from Kohls online again.

I decided to give Kohl’s another chance after my mom gave me a Kohl’s gift card recently. Bad idea. Can someone please tell me WHY the last three times things have been ordered the clothes are in such awful shape?!

This order absolutely reeked of some pungent men’s cologne (on women’s clothes). The scent is SO strong. One shirt was clearly tried on and had someone’s deodorant marks in it.

The previous order had someone’s FAKE EYELASHES in a pair of pants. I kid you not.

I called customer service, and they are similarly terrible. I only gave them another shot because of the gift card, but I am officially done with Kohl’s. I’m so grossed out.
