Issues with streamate gold menu?

Every time I try and save it erases at LEAST half of the menu. First it left 5 so I added a bs one so see if my max was 5 just because I was new but when I hit save it only left 1 after that? If it's a tech issue I will message support about it I just want to make sure there's not something I'm missing?
