What actually helps you understand your trading performance?

Advice

I’ve been working on a personal research project around trading performance analytics, originally because I wanted to better understand my own long-term algo trading results beyond just P&L.
The main question I’ve been exploring is: what information actually helps you understand what you’re doing right, what you’re doing wrong, and why?
Which metrics, breakdowns, charts, or comparisons have genuinely helped you identify patterns and improve your trading? And on the other side, what do most performance dashboards show that you find unnecessary or misleading?
Over time, I’ve turned my own approach into a performance dashboard, and I’m trying to improve it based on how other traders actually analyze their results rather than just adding more metrics for the sake of it.
For context, this is the dashboard I’ve been working on.
I’m mainly looking for honest feedback on the analytics — what’s useful, what’s missing, and what you would do differently.
