We're in the training results stage of the Year 1 offseason, and we've got **one** spot to fill. Not a startup, not a rebuild-from-scratch situation — you're stepping into an established 32-user league with a full season of history already on the books.

**The opening: Texas (BIGTEN, Tier 2)**

Texas went 3-9 last season and was relegated to the Big Ten in our offseason realignment. That means you're inheriting a Tier 1 roster with a blue-blood program's recruiting pull and a clear path back up. If you want a real rebuild with real upside, this is the one.

⚖️ **Promotion & Relegation**

We run a Champions League–style tiered system across five conferences — SEC (Tier 1) down through Pac-12 (Tier 5). Every offseason the top teams move up and the bottom teams move down, with published rules for conference champions, national title game participants, and teams that bottom out.

Year 1 saw a team go from Tier 5 all the way to Tier 2 in a single offseason after a natty run. Nobody is stuck, and no conference is dead weight.

🎯 **What We're Looking For**

This is a money league, and we're building something that lasts. We want **one dedicated user ready to commit 10+ seasons.**

* Advances on time, every time
* Communicates in Discord — no ghosting
* Competitive but sim-style gameplay
* No rage quitting, no cheese, no glitch offense
* In it for the long haul, not for one season

If you're going to disappear in Year 3, this isn't the league for you. If you want to build a program over the better part of a decade against 31 other people doing the same, it absolutely is.
