It wont stop

Guys wtf, i know nexplanon can make your periods last longer, but this is crazy!!!

I started my period right before August, like the 31 of July, and now its still going??? Like getting stronger too? I thought it ended last week. Last weekend i didn’t really bleed for like 2 days, and then Tuesday i started having bloody/brown discharge. Ok, whatever, thats normal when i start/end my period. Welp the very next day it came back with a vengeance. And it just wont stop and its so intense rn idk what to do.
