A lot of glass in garbage disposal

A large glass pane shattered in my sink. I just moved in and don’t really have pliers or anything to get it out. The disposal is my only sink drain, so I don’t really know what to do. There’s a lot of glass down there. Right now the insinkorator is unplugged just in case.
