WWE2k25 , how can I play career mode as any WWF Legends/Superstars?

So I haven't played a wrestling game in like an eternity. The last time I played anything, I think, was back in 2007.

I remember you could play the career or story mode as any of the roster characters, like The Rock, Goldberg, etc. I obviously want to play as some of these old-school characters that I've seen in 2K25, but is there any way for me to do that with their actual movesets and move lists, or do I have to play as a custom character?

I'm on PC, so I can easily grab mods, etc. I just need to know how to load stuff in to be able to play it.
