Just don't set ourselves up for r/freefolk levels of disappointment
Long ago, the members of the r/freefolk sub saw a number of leaks come out about the final season of Game of Thrones in the year/months before it aired, but deemed those leaks to be too farfetched and indicative of such abysmal, lazy writing that there was no way they could ever be true. But, to their horror, those leaks turned out to be right on the money, and the sub imploded into a fireball of anger, depression and longing what could have been if there were decent writers at the helm.
Now seeing some of the leaks coming out about the Bluey movie (inclusion of cats and whatnot) and the reactions from many members of this sub, I'm getting a weird deja vu that there could be a rerun of that saga, just with the most popular children's show in the world now, that we are setting ourselves up for?
In all honesty though, I think that no matter whatever happens, the Bluey showrunners have proven themselves to be amazing at telling beautiful stories that keep both adults and kids engaged and wanting more from the wonderful Heeler family.
I trust that whatever the Bluey movie may turn out to be, it'll be great fun!
