After Images

So I have had Visual Snow for as long as I can remember, but over time I’ve become more sensitive to light and when I’m in a high lit room I will see dark shadows kind of moving around my vision. If I was looking at a person and then looked at a white wall I would see a dark outline of them but the image would also be moving even if everything was still. Weirdly my symptoms don’t bother me too much… and according to my optician my vision couldn’t be much better. lol.

But I’m just interested to know if these would be classed as after images or a completely different symptom? And if anyone else has similar experiences.
