I love this sub

I don’t even know if this is allowed but I hope someone finds this amusing. I’ve genuinely just had a keyboard battle with 3+ millennials about a film that released in 2012.

I can’t remember the name of it (popped up on my feed) but it’s the one where all generations discuss things and by discussing things I mean Gen X don’t speak, millennials claim they discovered fire & I’m convinced there’s like 12 Gen Z’s in there so I was obviously walking into a losing battle.

I’ve just finished a 12 hour shift. I say “just” no that was 5 hours ago. I quite literally spent 5 hours of my life explaining to millennials that they didn’t invent partying. I need to seriously look in the mirror and sort my life out 😂

Anyways praise the Lord for this sub. Not once have I had a bad experience here. Millennials love to put us down & sadly yes sometimes the younger Gen Z’s make silly comments that gullible people take to heart but it’s kinda sad having to instantly validate yourself when you just try to join in a conversation. The amount of times I see 1997s - 2004s start a convo saying “even tho I was born in blah blah blah” we shouldn’t have to do that. I feel like us older Gen Z’s quite possibly have it the hardest trying to fit in & it’s so refreshing knowing this sub exists & none of that bs takes place here.

Anyways how’s life? Weathers been nice hasn’t it? Anybody a homeowner here yet or not?
