lyme disease

hello, i brought my 6 year old border collie to the vet for some skin issues, his lyme disease test came back positive. i just got his results and his levels are 564 which is extremely high. he has never shown any symptoms of lyme disease, at lease none i noticed until i researched some symptoms. there are times he’s started gagging like he was about to throw up but never did, and there’s times where he won’t eat his breakfast until dinner time or vice versa. but those are the only things i’ve ever noticed now that i read into symptoms

does anybody have experience with a dog with a lyme disease level this high? i know i couldn’t do anything to really have caught this sooner but i feel so bad. he’s had to have had this for at least 6 months for levels to be that high right??
