Does anybody else just not feel like a person?

Pretty straight forward question as I guess it’s hard to describe how it feels unless you’ve been through it. I know depersonalization is a side effect of keppra which I’ve been taking since I was 11 (now 21). But it hit me like a brick today.

I just want to know if anyone else feels this and if it’s related to epilepsy/meds or if I should seek a different cause.
