started prozac today and i feel dead weird

just started today on 20mg, dont know if its placebo or not i feel a weird like intoxicated high kinda thing. and constantly flipping between feeling nothing and agitated. maybe its withdrawals since i stopped taking zoloft and started on prozac today. any advice helps. also i look like ive sniffed 5 lines of coke
