Strange trading at EOD

Did anyone notice the strange trading at the EOD?

My account showed a close at $6.51. 10 mins later it shows a new closing price of $6.18. Looking at the trade history several trades happened after the market closed on the CSE with some trades as late as 10 minutes to give the new closing price. Is this the new way for them to manipulate the stock price?
