Game Stuttering and Visual Bugs

Hey guys, I’ve been having a problem for a while with the game where it’ll run fine for a few moments and then stutter. My frames drop severely and the audio glitches out. Along with this, I am getting the visual bug where there’s little sparkles everywhere on my ship.

I’ve already tried a lot of the common solutions regarding shader issues and nothing has worked so far. Any solutions please lmk
