Woojer power bank not working with mat

Besides the connectivity issues, (not able to use Bluetooth headphones and iPhone with the mat. forcing me to use wired headphones) the woojer power bank will not run the mat. no matter what usb-c I use, the mat only flashes red. why sell an accessory that doesn’t function and why create a thousand dollar device that can not hold a steady Bluetooth connection to virtually anything? the technology is not ready for consumers.
