Power seats

Not sure if this thread can help but worth a shot ! My Chevy Silverado 2019 power seat has some issues. The button will move it back but no go forward, the other button will recline it but can't bring it back to sit up more. What's going on with it ? My husband and I both drove the truck and we are significantly different heights so we need these to function. Has anyone replaced the motor because of this ? The buttons do "click" so don't think the switches are faulty. Any advice welcome except get a new truck 🤣 (we already tried)
