Genuine (random) questions

Random smattering of questions that I can’t seem to find answers to:

1.) In Lindsay’s online post (Facebook?) she spoke about wanting to feel connected to Callan and essentially have more time with him without the other kids. So why did they hire a nanny (Elaine Rossi) to mainly take care of Callan even when Lindsay wasn’t working? Genuine question, I’m not working on any conspiracy theories, I’m just confused.

2.) Had Patrick obtained a defense lawyer at this point?

3.) What is the likelihood Patrick will be called back to the stand? (Of course we can’t know for sure but what’s the general opinion?)

4.) Will the prosecution call any medical experts who can attest to who common or rare anxiety, depression, and lack of sleep is for mothers with a newborn who also have multiple children? Or was that already covered?
