Are you allowed a mattress extender at Emerson?

Hello everyone! I am coming in as a transfer this fall semester, and I bought one of those mattress extenders. They make your bed go from a twin XL to a full. I know there are fire rules and stuff, so is it allowed? I already bought it lol, so is there any way I can get away with it?
