This has been an idea I had for ages now and I really don't see any issues with it.

A separate gamemode (not replacing quickplay) where you're forced to only play 2/2/2. So if theres already 2 DPS players you can't select another one and have to play a healer or tank. Preferably it'd be like comp where it waits for everyone to load in first so it isn't whoever has the better internet gets to always choose first. But I seriously think this would be one of the best things they could have, giving the more chill vibes of quickplay while also actually forcing people to have better team comps.

I've personally been so fed up with 1/3/2 comps, even 1/2/3 comps where I'm constantly forced to tank because theres always that one person who always chooses 3rd DPS (and you already know the characters they play) even when theres no tank. This mainly comes from the belief solo tanking is acceptable (yet solo healing isn't even though Id argue having 2 tanks is equally as important as teo healers). But I just think this would be an incredible gamemode for people who don't want the pressure and stress of comp but still want some team synergy. Tbh, I would almost exclusively play this mode if it was added.

Is this a good idea or am I just a salty tank player?

They should add a 2/2/2 gamemode (pic unrelated)
