Best way to immigrate

Hi, lately I've been thinking about going abroad but my financial situation doesn't allow me to do so. So i came to the conclusion that the best way to go abroad is getting a scholarship then maybe working there a few years to get a citizenship, im still not sure.

I'm now going towards my 7th semester in uni with 3.33GPA studying computer science, not the best i get it but do you think i have any chances of getting accepted into a scholarship..?

Also, does anyone have any better ideas to move abroad? traveling is my passion i just want a good citizenship where the country cares for it's people, so later in life if i get married and have kids i wouldn't have to worry a lot about them, also for the passport because my options of travel are very few.
