Patreon automatically refundingy purchase

I'm trying to buy an item from a creator's shop for 30$ (36$ with vat), but every time I don't get access to the item and a few seconds later get auto refunded by Patreon. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong? I know it's not the fault of my bank as I checked and Patreon is taking days to respond to my request.
