Help please

Female age 42, 5’8 138 pounds
Getting ready to go in for yearly bloodwork and physical.
I was looking at last years panel today and My platelets were 449,000
The range went up to 450,000 so it didn’t highlight as high and doctor never mentioned it. I’m kind of surprised. My MCV was 97. Everything else in normal range. I feel fine but a new thing that has been happening (6 months) is my hands turn bright red and burn if I’m stressed or hot. I’m worried after looking on google I could have Erythromeglia or some sort of blood or bone marrow cancer.
Should I be concerned?
