No orgasm during ejaculation after years of prone masturbation

I'm 23M and I've been masturbating quite frequently (around 2–3 times a day) for about 3 years, mostly using prone masturbation.

For the past year, I've had a strange problem: I still have normal sexual attraction toward women and still get the urge to masturbate, but I don't experience any orgasm sensation at all during ejaculation. I still ejaculate semen, but there is basically no pleasurable climax—not even 1%.

I don't have any pain, blood, or other obvious symptoms.

Can anyone pls tell me how to recover from this. Has anyone experienced something similar, especially after years of prone masturbation? Did changing your technique or taking a long break help you regain normal orgasm sensation?
