Will the day before injection affect my hrt progress?

Hi there! 18F here, I just started hrt last week (yay!) but I read online and am experiencing the phenomenon of feeling my hormones wearing off (my shot day is tomorrow) I feel like I can’t cry like I was able to this week and I all around just feel pretty crappy. Does this mean I’m all out of estrogen? I’m on .15 ml injections, will this one day period where the hormones are low effect my progress in the long run? Any info would be great! Thanks! :3
