dropped off package at counter after scanning and it says tracking not available

Long story short, we have a drop-off box, and I scanned it there and printed a receipt and tried putting it in the drop box. Realized it was too big and went inside but the line was ridiculously long.

There’s a place at the counter that said “prepaid label package drop off” and people were leaving packages there so I figured I could do that. So I left it there and now I got home and it says the tracking isn’t available. I’m nervous that me scanning it and leaving it at the counter screwed something up or something. Should it show up eventually?
