GIS pro wanted for a project - remote work

Hi, I am collaborating with a project that is looking for a GIS professional, this is a basic project so not a lot of development, mainly they want a data person, full qualifications are these:

- Basic understanding of maps and coordinates.
- Can interpret geographic data already gathered.
- Ability to cross reference geospatial data with portfolio info
- Advanced data analysis in QGIS, ArcGIS andPower BI
- Spatial Analysis

- Business recommendation based in data.

$15-$20 USD hourly or can charge per task/project

Full disclosure, im not the person hiring and I don't have much knowledge into GIS related stuff, im just the guy who already had a Reddit account (also, please ignore my user name, this is indeed real), my understanding is that the person expected to collaborate in this is a freelancer/consultant, the salary is not set in stone so feel free to ask for a different rate I just need it to post in this sub, if you are interested please DM me a linkedIn or something of the sort so I can pass it along to the people who actually run the project.

I will answer any questions that I can.
