Infusions at a ferritin of 7 have been brutal, are they easier if you go in before your levels drop that low?

I don’t know the cut off range my doctor/insurance will use but I’m hoping it 30 will be rock bottom. If I get back in there at those kinds of levels, will my body not have to work so hard to process the iron? I’m getting my ass handed to me during and after finishing my round of 3 venofer (300, I think) infusions. It’s mostly fatigue and body aches. I can “over do it” so easily and I pay for it for the next whole day. My poor dog hasn’t had a walk in so long 😭

I guess it’s possible my levels will go up and stay up but I want to be prepared to fight for infusions sooner if I do need them, especially if it means I’ll tolerate them better.
