Where do you draw the line during oral sex/hand stuff with a partner?

What I mean is my goal with no fap has been to not mastrubate at all or watch porn at all period. Sex with other people is allowed in my book. Wouldnt work for me otherwise.

But when they are doing oral sex on me sometimes they need some help or need me to help get to the finish line and use my own hand for a little bit. Im worried touching myself even under these circumstances could jeopardize my progress, any thoughts? Or am I just being too paranoid?

Furthermore i try my best to stay present in the moment, keep my eyes open, focus on them, because I don’t want to risk watching porn in my head through memories thus triggering the same neural pathways im trying to tear down and rewire.

Any advice or perspectives are welcome!
