I am 26 years old with autism and was diagnosed at ten and I am kind of sad today

I went to the dentist today and they did limited examination bc I didn’t have a doctor to sign off some papers but anyway they did the x ray and come to find out I need 12 teeth to come out and they couldn’t do it at the new dental place made appointment for so they are sending to Clarksville to get the surgery done when I come back to the Paducah dental place they said I will get partials
