Reasonable LI/Week Rates for Casual Play

I don’t have the time or energy to max out LI each week. I also really dug into raiding for the last 6-7 years, so I’m not really sure how to get started again without a static group.

That said, does anyone have advice for

1. What a realistic amount of LI is to get each week casually

2. How I should get going on reaching that rate?

I have about 63 LI now and only need to clear Deimos to finish Envoy II (had it mostly done from years ago), so o just need to do that and get enough LI quickly to finish the raid armor.
