question people who let others influence them?

I was legit losing my mind thinking i was going crazy when i noticed thinning. like full on mental breakdown seeing things. People downplay it but others invalidation and virtue signaling can cause you to lose your hair. Im glad I did what I did and ignored everyone. People who are angry and resentful. Are you angry at yourself for believing bs and delaying or are you resentful to those who lied? I though about it and Im angry at myself for trusting people who didnt have a clue what they were talking about.
