UCAS reapplying after withdrawing

Hey, I got A*AB but my offer condition was AAA, so I’m planning to take a gap year and reapply in September for 2027 entry.
If I withdraw my current UCAS application now, can I still reapply in September? Also, will I lose my UCAS connection with my school/college?

Any advice would be appreciated!
