Patrick involvement

Not trying to start a whole debate on this and to be clear I don’t think Patrick did it. But with some of the discrepancies do we have any good evidence in support of his innocence?

Specifically the outfit change, Lindsay’s search history (where is carotid artery when she is a nurse), crushed pills, calling about generic pedialax?

Obviously the simplest explanation is typically correct and Lindsay admitted to the murders and had expressed desire to harm herself previously. Just not sure how to respond to people giving push back on the above topics
