Recently diagnosed with renal cancer, suspected sarcoma

Question

Hi everyone - looking for advice if anyone’s been in a similar situation 💜💜 Our boy Pickle has a cancerous mass taking up 25-30% of his right kidney. The aspirate was inconclusive, but the pathologist strongly suspects it is a renal sarcoma. It hasn’t visibly metastasized, but given how aggressive sarcomas are it may have spread microscopically. We are trying to decide whether to roll the dice and remove his kidney or focus on comfort measures and spare him the surgery recovery. Does anyone have any advice or lived experience with sarcomas and their progression?
