Bizzare headphones error

My Bluetooth headset started acting weird. One day, midway through bike ride my music stopped. I stop, check it, the music is set to "play" but doesn't progress. I thought it may be app or something. I check YouTube, any video, it "starts" but doesn't actually. The symbol changes as if I normally launched the video but it doesn't progress. Video adds on sites don't either. I disconnect the headphones. It resumes as completely normal.

I am confused as hell. Thinking it was error with my headphones I went home, forgot to give them to the IT service. Gf came over and wanted to give me her earbuds for train travel since I forgot to check my headphones. THE SAME error. 2 completely different devices and companies. I think my phone is broken in some way

I have no clue how to even troubleshoot this or what to do. The classic "turn your phone on and off, Bluetooth etc." and all the other crap produced no result

As long as any device is connected, I can not watch anything or listen to music. Tested across multiple Bluetooth devices
