Dress code in hyderabad office

I got to know that during dstart (2 days) one should wear formals and what about after dstart??? Can we wear anything we want? Or only formals ? I read a post regarding gurgaon office that some manager yelled cuz that person wasn’t wearing formals? How are the things at hyderabad office?
