need some real advice about when to stop fighting

Hi Reddit, I don't really know what else I can do or where else I can seek some clarity. I don't want ask chatgpt, I just want some real and honest advice. This is my first time posting so I apologise if I've missed the memo on some rules here.

I'm a 25M (Indian) and after 4 months of dating the most wonderful woman (24F, Greek), she has called it off. The reason for this is her parents' adamant disapproval and dissent towards me (predominantly my ethnicity). After fighting them for a week, she has "given up" and said "its not worth getting disowned and kicked out of the house".

For the last 2 years we have been friends, for the last 1 year best friends, and for the last 4 months we have been dating. We both can't remember the last time we were this happy.

I believe in their own way, her parents are justified and valid to protect their daughter. But I also believe I atleast deserve a chance to speak with her father, so I can atleast ask for a chance to prove to them that we are happy. Am I incorrect in believing there is no bigger support a parent can given than to give their child a chance at happiness?

At this stage she has been forced to block me on everything, and despite my attempts to reach her or her father, she's responded with a formal, scripted answer something along the lines of "my decision is final", "this isn't healthy for us", and "please respect my wishes".

I am torn.

Here I know something to be true - that we love eachother and are happier than we've ever been. And so I want to fight for us both even though I know she's feeling alone at home and given up.

But I cannot keep going if she's asked me to respect her wishes and made her decision final.

Throughout our whole relationship, I've tried to do right by her always and only tried to make her happy. In the last week, I've felt like I did anything but that in driving a wedge between her and family.

All the signs are telling me give up, but my heart is saying fight on for her.

I'm not really sure what to expect from posting this, but thank you everyone for your comments, I will read them all.
