Inactive for a month. Do you think I can grind the buttons in three days?

Had to temporarily stop playing gacha games for a month for personal reasons. I just started the DnD quest. Do you think I have enough time to grind the buttons for the skins or not? I don't mind putting in 5 hours for the remaining three days. Do you think it's possible? If not, I am not even gonna bother with it.
