Severe Chest Pains Side Effects?

Hi! I’m on day 6 of the 1.5 pills. First 4 days had zero side effects. Didn’t notice much nor was expecting to. Appetite noise may have slightly reduced by 5-10% but I still found myself making a very light midnight snack here and there (ie. slice of turkey). I was taking the pill when I woke up and went about my day.

I read how a lot of users here would take their pill then go back to sleep which makes adhering to not eating/drinking within the first 30 mins easy to do. Well i woke up early yesterday so took the pill and laid back down. Within minutes, I felt severe sharp & tightness chest pains - something I have NEVER experienced b4. It felt like the pill had dissipated into my chest rather than stomach, and had it lasted longer than the 15 minutes it did, I would have rushed to the ER. Went about the rest of my day and all was normal.

Then this morning around the same time, I woke up to use the bathroom and when I laid back down, SANS TAKING ANY PILLS, the chest pains returned. This time it only lasted a few mins.

Was this a coincidence or because of the pill? I’m overall pretty healthy, looking to lose 10-15lb and more importantly, reduce the food noise that fills up my thoughts daily. I cautiously am taking my pill today - if chest pains persists, I’ll halt.

Anyone else experience something similar? Have not seen this reported as a side effect…
