Coming for a trip

So as the title says, my husband and I, are coming there on Saturday August 22. We’ll be staying near Federation Square! We are coming to scout the area and looking to see where we would want to move to! We live in New York, USA. He’s a physician and I have a PhD and am also deaf but can hear with my implants, he’s hearing! This is what I want to know:

Is there a neighborhood that has more LGBTQIA people in it than most? If so where is it?

Is there a gay real estate association or company that I could contact to show us around, maybe?

What is the consensus overall towards the LGBTQIA community in Melbourne?

Is there a LGBTQIA center in Melbourne?

I’ve tried to find info on the previous questions on every topic online and with AI but nothing really panned out, if you would please share info with me, I’d be a happy bloke! And possibly buy you a drink and/or dinner!
