I help indie teams, studios, and founders build reliable Unity game systems, backend features, and LiveOps tools without converting the project into tech debt.

Over 8 years of Unity development, I’ve delivered 25+ projects and 80+ milestone-based builds, from gameplay systems and monetization features to backend-connected and LiveOps tools.

## What I work on

I develop Unity projects from scratch and help continue, enhance or scale existing game projects.

Popular areas I deal with:

- **Gameplay systems**: mechanics, combat, progression, upgrades, tasks, replayability loops
- **Game economy & monetization**: currencies, rewards, IAP stores, offers, balancing logic
- **Backend & online features**: authentication, cloud saves, leaderboards, friends, chat
- **LiveOps systems**: events, cosmetics, offers, and content updates without full store releases
- **Project architecture**: clean and reusable systems that are easier to maintain and expand

For big scopes I can bring in trusted developers I already worked with, while staying responsible for architecture, quality and core systems.

## How I work

- Development is split into clear 2-week milestones
- Each milestone has agreed goals, deliverables, timeline, and estimate
- Every milestone ends with a playable build you can test
- Milestones are estimated upfront, with pricing calculated at **$25/hour**

It provides transparency, reduces risks and allows to fine-tune gameplay concept during development process.
