Have you tried proving your AP?

Hello! I am new to AP. I have been trying it for some weeks now and I have felt really close to separation but not there yet.

The first thing I will try after getting some successful APs is trying to validate it. Meaning, asking someone to write a number on some note at a position known to me. And I will try to see the number, then cross-check with him.

Is there anything wrong with this experiment? Have you tried anything similar?
