ISE in CMRIT at 17.9k rank , W or L?

man these cutoffs r so bad tis year . i have cmrit at 17.9k should i upgrade for next round? or take it right now only?
would that risk my classes?
does anyone know since when classes r starting in CMRIT
also hwo is the hostel scene there for girls
is commute easy?
how is the campus?
and the real student review for ISE ??
would i be able to edit my choice list for ROUND 4? can i get BMSIT or BIT IN round4?
would bmsit be a bette choice? considering its in yelahanka which is......anyways. is BIT possible?
